Norm FARRELL

Norm Farrell, late of Chilliwack, B.C. passed away September 5, 2004 at the age of 68 years. He was born June 18, 1936 in Cambridge, P.E.I. Norm, as everyone knew him, served with R.C.A.F. for 20 years. Then he served as a Federal Corrections Officer for 17 years at Matsqui Prison. His main pleasure in life was flying, be it model aircraft, ultra lite, floats, fixed wing or in the last few years on his computer.

A Service of Remembrance will be held Saturday, September 11th at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home. Major Angus Haggarty officiating. Cremation, Valley Crematorium, Chilliwack.

Honorary Bearers: Terry Farrell, Michael Martell, Jennifer Martell, Tarra Gordon, Bill Gordon, Dwight Eveligh, Harry Ridge, David Sleigh, Cody Sleigh and Michael Lewis.

Norm is survived by his loving wife, Millie; brother, Michael Farrell of Truro, N.S.; sister, Kaye (Bill) Lewis of Ottawa, Ont.; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father and mother, Michael and Annie Farrell; brother, Terrance and sister, Marg.

Should family and friends so desire, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of choice.
