The Lord has taken home to Himself, my dear wife and Celina’s loving mommy.
Mirjam passed away peacefully in her home in Greendale, on Saturday, April 26, 2008.
She struggled with a brain tumour for 12 years.
Mirjam loved the Lord and lived by the truth of the Holy Gospel. She dearly loved her husband, Herman, and daughter Celina and would do anything for them.
Mirjam always enjoyed being outdoors and loved animals and flowers. We have been thankful for every day the Lord gave her and learned to enjoy the simple things in life. Mirjam had a good sense of humour and showed that often to all her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 7 p.m. from Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30 at 1:00 p.m. from Yarrow Reformed Church, 42258 Yarrow Central Rd. Yarrow, BC. Reverend C. Bouwman officiant.
