Mary Elizabeth Roberts, a long time resident of Chilliwack, passed away on Sept. 8th, 2010 at Glenwood Care Centre, Agassiz, BC, at the age of 85 years. She was born February 9th, 1925 at Douglas, Manitoba.
Betty is survived by her 3 nieces, Lynn (Bob) Sears of Nelson, BC; Betty (John) MacLean of Edmonton, Alberta; Trudie (Ken) Reid of Vanderhoof, BC and her brother-in-law Frank Jordan of Vanderhoof, BC.
She was predeceased by husband Edgar in 1969; parents, Alexander and Lucy Foster and her 3 sisters, Phyllis Foster, Grace Jordan and Elsie Wyton.
No funeral service will be held at her request.
A cremation has taken place and following her wish her ashes will be scattered at sea.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
