Marjorie Elizabeth Garbe passed away peacefully on January 26, 2008, in her 102nd year. Predeceased by husbands Bobby Foster (1962) and Jack Garbe (1977); also by beloved little Billy 1 (2005), Marjorie leaves behind to mourn, daughter Phoebe, Billy 2 and nieces and nephews in Ontario. She will be fondly remembered by many friends in North Vancouver, Chilliwack and Harrison.
The family wishes to express its gratitude to Dr. Macintosh for the many years he has looked after Marjorie’s health and Anne-Marie and the entire staff at the Glenwood for their outstanding care and kindness to Marjorie during her final years.
At Marjorie’s request, no service will be held. Private cremation.
Ultimate interment of Marjorie’s urn will be beside Bobby in a lovely quiet place overlooking Lake Wilbermere in Wilberforce, Ontario and within view of their retirement home.
