Malcolm McTavish passed away on February 27th, 2010 in Chilliwack, BC. He was born on September 20th, 1919 in Roadach Cottage-Cummingston, Scotland.

Malcolm came to BC when he was just 3 years old. He lived in Vancouver until 1965. In 1941, Malcolm joined the Canadian Army, and was an active part in supplying much of the building materials in construction of the Military Base in Chilliwack. After leaving the Military in 1943, he maintained the family bakery in South Vancouver. He was a 3rd generation baker in the McTavish Family.

Malcolm will be remembered by his sons Malcolm Alastair and Colin Alexander, his daughter Lisa Dawne, nieces Arlene and Holly, one nephew Logan, grandchildren Tara, Nicole, Aonghas, Kevin and Craig.

He was predeceased by his parents Alexander and Evangeline Mary, and brothers Alastair and Graeme.
