Madaleine Eve McNabb (nee Dusterhoeft) passed away on October 30, 2009 in the Chilliwack General Hospital at the age of 86. Madaleine was born August 23, 1923 in Sardis, BC and was pre-deceased by her loving husband James Melvin McNabb, son Terrance James McNabb and sisters Hazel and Wilma.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters Sharron Bamford and Eileen Watson, grandsons Steven (Sherri), Trevor (Barbra), Terry and Scott, her granddaughter Lee-Anne and 7 great-grandchildren.
Madaleine had a love for bingo, music, dancing, books, knitting, crocheting and her ancestry.
Prior to retiring she worked as the secretary manager for the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4 for 15 years and was a former member of the Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Avenue, Chilliwack BC on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.
