Lyle Wingert of Chilliwack passed away peacefully on March 17, 2009 at Chilliwack Hospital at the age of 88.
Survived by his beloved wife Elena; sister, Eileen; children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Predeceased by his parents: Edward and Louise; brothers: Walter, George and John; sisters: Lyna, Kay and Mary.
By Lyle’s request there will not be a service. Cremation has taken place. Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Lyle’s memory can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
