Born in Chilliwack, survived by his loving wife Susan, father Clifford Cheek (Iris), predeceased by mother Chloe Cunningham and stepfather Joseph Wade; siblings Joyce Cheek (Loyd), Nancy Grey (Ed), Stan Cheek (Adele); his special daughter Dawn - “his little princess” (John); stepchildren Bryan Petkau (Krista), Darren Petkau (Gabby), Brandon Petkau (Angela); and grandson Shane. He was also loved by many nieces and nephews.
Kevin was loved by many friends. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping.
A celebration of Kevin’s life will be held at the Chilliwack Curling Club on January 1st, 2007 at 2:00 pm, 9291 Corbould St. (beside the Evergreen Hall)
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Children’s Make a Wish Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
