Mr. Joseph Henry Allen passed away on July 25, 2009 in Chilliwack at age 82 years. Born to Albert and Elizabeth Allen on June 3rd, 1927 in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.
He is survived by and will be sorely missed by his loving wife of 55 years Jocelyn (Lee), his children Judith (Lyall) of Evansburg, Alberta, Robert (Karen) of Calgary, and Catherine (Jim) of Rosedale. Also survived by 6 grandchildren Jessica and JR Nash, James and Laura Allen, and Lindsay and Lauren Bennett. 2 great-grandchildren and sister Lelitia Marks (Maurice) of Chemanius.
Joseph was a well-loved teacher and Principal in White Rock for 35 years, and was a Champion of Animal Rights and Protection. For over 50 years Joseph was a proud member of the Joppa Masonic Lodge in White Rock.
