John Stephen King died September 13, 2003 at Chilliwack General Hospital. Born September 3, 1939 in Gravenhurst, Ont.
Survived by his wife Claudine King; brother Peter of Everett, Ont.; sister Kristine of Barrie, Ont.; daughter Shelly McDonald of Huntsville, Ont.; son Mike King and family of Surrey; and grandchildren, Perry and Missy McDonald of Ontario, Brittany and Austin Rhodes of Chilliwack. Sadly missed and loved by his wife; and many hospice friends, Lloyd Spears of Laidlaw.
Many thanks to Dr. E.W. Dick of Abbotsford for his loving care during John’s illness, and this difficult time, and the staff of Chilliwack Hospital.
John was an active member of the Chilliwack Lions Club.
There will be a Mass for John at St. Anthony’s Parish Church, Agassiz Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003 at 11 a.m. Father McDonald officiating.
