John J. Harder of Abbotsford, passed away on April 7, 2003 at age 95 years.
He was predeceased by his parents; his wife Bertha (Friesen) in 1936; and wife Lydia (Niessen) in 1978.
Survived by his children, Betty and Abe Esau, Martha and Ben Peters, Ruth and Paul Friesen, Harold and Gail Harder, Lydia and Henry Boldt, and Esther and Evert Busink; 33 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Harder was retired. He was a member of the Clearbrook M.B. Church.
Viewing will be held on Friday, Apr. 11, 2003 from 7-8 p.m. at the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Apr. 12, 2003 at 1 p.m. from Maclure Rd. Cemetery followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. from Clearbrook M.B. Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to M.B. Missions/Services International, MCC or a Christian Mission of your choice.
