John Courtemanche passed away suddenly on February 4, 2008 at Chilliwack, BC at age 59 years. John is survived by his loving family, wife Christina; children, Michelle (Jack) Gunderson, John (Debra), Kris (Candra) and Jake (Mary-Ann); brother, Gerry (Fran), Vancouver, mother Allison in Toronto and a very large extended family, including 7¼ grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Noel and sister Terry.
John was a man with a big heart who will be missed, he was always happy and willing to help anyone who needed him. He loved camping, fishing and spending time with his grandkids. He was excited and looking forward to being a new grandfather all over again.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 1:00 pm from the Chapel of Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave. Chilliwack. If family and friends so desire, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
