John Arthur Coulsey passed away, after a short battle with cancer, on October 31, 2004 at Chilliwack General Hospital at age 82 years. He was born August 18, 1922 in Vawn, Sask.
Jack is survived by his loving wife Joan; son, David (Bev); sister, Grace; grandchildren, Michelle (Mathew), Jackie, Bonnie (Mike); great grandchildren, Julie-Anne, Marshall, Alayna and Ethan.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Tom and Fred and sisters, Amy, Sybil and Doris.
Jack was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and move to the area with his family in 1972. He loved life, and greatly enjoyed his daily walks with the family dog Nikita.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Nov. 5, 2004 at 11 am from the Cultus Lake Memorial Church; Reverend Weldon Holland officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the B.C. Cancer Society.
