It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John A. Melville, a dear husband, father, and grandfather, on July 7, 2008.
He is survived by his wife Nancy, sons Robert, Bill and Harold. Grandsons James and Brandon, granddaughter Hollie and his sister Shirley. Lovingly remembered by Marion, Donna, Marilyn and other family members.
John was born May 20th, 1926 in North Vancouver. He spent 27 years in the C.A.F. serving on Canada’s two Aircraft Carriers; the Magnificent and the Bonaventure. A Memorial Service was held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 5661 Vedder Road on July 21st, 2008. Arrangements in care of McLean’s Funeral Services.
