Johannes Driezen, late of Rosedale, B.C. passed away January 23, 2006 at the age of 83. He was born January 1, 1923 in Ambt-Vollenhove, The Netherlands.
Johannes was an avid fisherman and bowler.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m.in the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home. Rev. Kevin Pentland officiating.
Burial will take place in the Sparwood Cemetery, Sparwood, B.C.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Jenny; daughter, Sandra (Jay) Hillman of Sparwood, B.C.; son, Harry John (Sherry) Driezen of Innisfail, Alberta; 4 grandchildren: James (Xann) and Bradley Hillman; Daniel and Matthew Driezen; 1 great-granddaughter, Ryplie Shea Hillman; 1 brother, Jan (Tjiske) Driezen of the Netherlands and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents and 3 brothers.
