Jake TEICHROB

Jake Teichrob, surrounded by members of his family, peacefully passed into the presence of his Lord on August 19, 2005 at the Menno Home. He was 76 years old.

He is survived by his second wife Tina, of Abbotsford; his children, Gary (Elaine) of Chilliwack, Janice (Angus) MacKay of Abbotsford, Elaine (Jeff) Cooper of Tumbler Ridge, and Tim (Joanne) of Grande Prairie; and eight grandchildren, Jordan, Kimberly, Kirsten, Zach, Arthur Jacob (AJ), Samantha, Josie, and Dallas. He is also survived by his two brothers, John (Helen), and Henry (Freda) Teichrob; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Marshall, and Vivian (Elvin) Warkentin.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Tena (1993); his parents, David and Mary Teichrob; two brothers, Dave and Pete Teichrob; and his sister Mary Niessen.

Jake will be remembered for his great sense of humour, his never ending supply of patience, and his love for his family, friends, and neighbours.

Memorial service for Jake will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2005 at 1 p.m. at Central Heights M.B. Church.
