Irene Joyce Crystal passed away quietly and peacefully in Chilliwack on Friday, October 2, 2009 at the age of 81.
She is survived by her sons David (Valerie) and Rodney; grandchildren: Danica and Austin; step-grandchildren: James (Tanya) and Tyler.
Irene was born May 29, 1928 in Winnipegosis, Manitoba. Irene was predeceased by her loving husband John Gilbert Crystal on February 1, 1999. She missed him deeply and continued to love him dearly. She preferred a simple life, and wished for no service after her passing.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Autism Society of British Columbia would be greatly appreciated.
