Irene Duncan passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Chilliwack BC at the age of 89. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Rober Picard, her 8 children, 21 grandchildren and her sister Christina Day. Memorial Service will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday April 20th at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack BC.
