It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ian, aged 60 years, after a year long battle with lung cancer. Ian is survived by his wife Sharon, father John, daughter Crystal, granddaughter Lily, son Dan (Lisa), and grandsons Tristan and Adam. He will also be remembered by sisters Susan (Mike) Townsend, Janet (Paul) Fenton, Andrea Geric (Todd), as well as sister-in-law Liz (Ted) Payne, brother-in-law Brian (Rebecca) Ferguson, mother-in-law Fay Ferguson, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Ian was sadly predeceased by his mother, Jean and brother, Robert.
Ian had many jobs over the years but had just recently started his own Home Repair and Maintenance business which he truly enjoyed. He loved to camp and fish but his greatest enjoyment was riding his Harley. Donations may be made in Ian’s honour to Canadian Cancer Society or Cascade Hospice Residence. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at a later date.
