Ian Archibald STEVENSON

Ian Archibald Stevenson, born January 2, 1931 in Vernon, B.C., passed away April 5, 2005 in Cowichan District Hospital after a battle with A.L.S.

Survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Diana; sons: Scott (Brenda), David and Peter of Duncan; brother: Jim (Anne) of Chilliwack; grandchildren: John and Kaileyne.

Predeceased by his father, Archie and mother, Joanna.

Ian lived in Fintry, B.C. until 1938. He lived in Chilliwack from 1938 to 1950, then moved to Duncan. He was employed as a millwright at Crofton Pulp Mill for 26 years and retired in Duncan.

The family would like to thank Dr. Gilbert and the staff at Cowichan District Hospital. The support from Jean Pearmaian from the A.L.S. Society and Laura Dickson, Community Occupational Therapist.

Cremation, no service by request.
