Herbert Emil Holzworth passed away September 6, 2004 in Chilliwack, BC at age 66 years. He was born on April 14, 1938 in Stone Creek, BC. Herb is survived by his beloved wife, Helen; children, Debbie, Tracy, Leila (Ron), Neil (Heather), and Tim (Mike); grandchildren, Travis, Brandy-Ann (Mark), Leah (Doyle), Chas, Kels; and three great grandchildren; sister, Barb (Alan) brothers in law, John and Jean. Predeceased by father Emil, mother Vera, stepfather, Teddy and sister, Marg. A Celebration of Life service will be held on September 11, 2004 at 1:00 pm at the Country Park Village, 45918 Knight Rd. Chilliwack. An Open House will be held on September 14,2004 from 1 — 3 pm at 1522 Ferry Ave. Prince George, BC. The family wishes to thank Dr. Whetter and the nursing staff of Chilliwack General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Society of BC are appreciated.
