Hedwig Stief passed away Sept. 9, 2003 in Chilliwack at the age of 80 years. She was born July 20, 1923 in Gilge, East Prussia
Hedwig is survived by her daughter Karin Stief of Chilliwack and three sons, Eric Stief of Williams Lake, Walt of Barriere and Reinhard of Chilliwack. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two sisters, Irene and Alfrieda both of Germany and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Erich in 1986.
Services will be on Sept.12, 2003 at 2:00 pm and held in the Chapel of Henderson’s with Rev. Kevin Pentland officiating. Reception will be held in Henderson’s Tea Room.
