Hazel Berry passed away on May 14, 2003 at the age of 87 years.
She is predeceased by her husband Norman and daughter Sharon, brothers Lloyd, Harry, Don and Bruce, and sister Catherine.
She is survived by her loving son Brian (Harriet), daughter Janice Koster (Casey), and grandchildren: Lesley McCormick, Christina Csati and Kyle Csati.
Fondly missed by remaining family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. from Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack, BC.
