Harvey Gardner, late of Chilliwack, BC, passed away May 21, 2007 in Chilliwack, BC, age 78.
Harvey was born in New Westminster, on April 13th 1929. He had lived in this area all his life.
Harvey started out in construction and because of the outdoors, made logging his occupation over 50 years until his retirement.
A public viewing will be
held from 1:00-4:00 pm on Saturday, May 26th at Henderson’s Funeral Home.
An informal Tea to be held following the viewing at 4:00 pm at 45471 Spadina Avenue, West.
Harvey is survived by his loving wife, Carol of 40 years; three children: Raymond of Vernon; Harvey (Renee) of Chilliwack, and Johanne of Chilliwack; six grandchildren:Levi, Jasmine, Bae, Hannah, Dorian, and Cheyenne. Also his sisters: Rosemary MacDonald and Kay Rancier of Chilliwack, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Harvey was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Evelyn Gardner and father, Robert Ceig Gardner, and one brother, Robert William Henery.
