Gladys Joyce Adamson went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2009 at Cascade Hospice at the age of 81 years. She was born April 29, 1928 in Innisfail, Alberta.
Gladys is survived by her daughter, Kathrine (Ralph) Maron, her sister, Grace Sutton; daughter-in-law, Mary Adamson; grandchildren, Lance, Heidi, Charity, Amy and Jeff; great-grandchildren, Mykaila, Seth, Summer and Layla. She was sadly predeceased by her son, John George Adamson.
Gladys loved her family and the wonderful gatherings they had over the years. She loved knitting, going to bingo, doing puzzles and playing cards. She had many cats over her lifetime and she loved them all. Gladys will be missed by her many friends and relatives and will be remembered in our hearts always.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from the Chapel of Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack, BC; Pastor Graeme Isbister officiating.
