Gladys Emily Kipp, 84, passed away on September 28, 2007 at 7:30 pm at Chilliwack General Hospital. She was born in Craik, Saskatchewan on April 30, 1923.
Gladys is survived by her son Robert (Susan); granddaughter, Michelle (Ken) and their daughters Alicia and Sierra, and granddaughter, Leah (Jurgen); their son Ty, and another child due early next year.
Gladys was predeceased by her beloved husband, Harvey, who passed away on September 10, 1997.
Gladys was a well-known, long-time resident of Chilliwack. She was a supervisor at the Post Office, where her late husband, Harvey was Chilliwack Post Master for many years.
After their retirement, they spent many years traveling and just enjoying being together.
Gladys never lost her sense of humour during her fight with leukemia. We will all miss her strength and her spirit.
