Gerry passed away on June 27, 2010 at Heritage Village after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s. He was born in London, Ontario in 1929 and resided in B.C. for 23 years.
He is survived by his wife: Marilyn; daughters: Susan, Anne, Julie, and Patricia; grandchildren: Katie, Shannon, Mahito, Michael; and brother: Jake.
He will be deeply missed and remembered for his outgoing personality, sense of humor, and fervent desire to attend Mass.
Thank you to all who supported us during these years. Special thanks to our dear friends, Mary and Ed Eagan, Jack Klassen and Ken Andriashek, all who truly ‘walked the walk’.
Funeral Mass will take place at St. Mary’s Church, 8909 Mary St. on Friday, July 2nd, 2010 at 10:30am. Fr. Paul Than Bui celebrant.
