George Henry Temple passed away peacefully in his sleep, July 13, 2002, enroute from his hometown of Grenfell, Sask. He was 83.
He is survived by older brothers, Ernie (Nell) Temple, John (Marie) Temple, younger brother Don Temple; and sister Betty DeJong; daughters, Marvell (Jerry) Eagleson, and Leanne Edwards; their mother Thelma Temple; granddaughters, Amanda and Natasha Eagleson, and Lindsay Edwards. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. At George’s insistence, there will be no service. Flowers are gratefully declined.
A memorial tea will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. at Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4, downstairs, 9350 Mary St., Chilliwack.
