Frank Sawatsky passed away peacefully at home in Chilliwack on January 21, 2004 at the age of 83. Frank was born and raised in Vonda, Sask., and then he served in the RCAF across Canada from 1942-1970, and also with Canada Post in Chilliwack.
He is survived by his wife Mary; and their four children, Lorne (Carol) of Cobourg, Ont., Wendy Morrison (Don) of Maple Ridge, Kerry (Lois) of Kamloops, and Randy (Lorri) of Abbotsford. Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brothers, Allan, Albert, and Rueben; sisters, Tena, Edna and Anne.
Frank was predeceased by brother Henry; and sister Vicky.
Frank was a member of Chilliwack Alliance Church where his memorial service was held on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004.
