(Sept. 4, 1915 - Jan. 18, 2008)
Passed away peacefully of natural causes at Heritage Village in Chilliwack.
Frank was a member of the Winnipeg Grenadiers in the Second World War, was captured by the Japanese on Christmas Day in 1942, and spent almost four years in a Japanese prison camp.
Frank was predeceased by his brother and 11 sisters and is survived by his daughter Sheila and son-in-law Nick, and their family; daughter Linda and son-in-saw Jim and their family; and daughter Jackie and her family.
Frank was the proud grandfather to 13 and great-grandfather to 20.
Dad, Grampa and great-grandpa will be sorely missed by all of us.
