Ernest (Ernie) Combes, resident of Chilliwack, passed way suddenly on January 15, 2008 in Chilliwack at the age of 54 years.
Ernie was predeceased by his common-law wife, Kathy Lewis, on December 14 2007; his parents:William and Irene Combes; two sisters: Linda Stewart and Diane Combes; and his two brothers: William and Troy Joe.
Ernie will be remembered by his loving family, his four children: Ernest, Eileen, Keegan, and Colin; their mother: Gwen Combes; Kathy’s children, Chasity, Lincoln, Maile, Sable and Katalina; also many nieces, nephews and grandchildren; sisters: Phyllis Wright (Neil Phillips), Dorothy Peters (Robert), Rena Combes, (Bob Wedel); brothers: Henry George, Joe Stewart, (Barb), Billy Combes and Travis Combes, (Charlene Edwards), Uncle Benny Joe and Auntie Nelly Joe.
Funeral Mass held on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.
Officiating the service is Eugene Harry; Pallbearers: Gordon George, Mike Francis, Gabe George, Kevin Jacobs, Kevin Charlie Kelsey Charlie, Dean Williams, and Mike Williams.
