Elizabeth (Betty) Peterson passed away in Nanaimo on April 1, 2003 at the age of 86.
She was predeceased by her husband Lester; and two brothers, Ben and Peter.
Betty is survived by sons, Larry (Margaret), and Jack (Silver); daughter Joan (Brian) Conway; sister Peggy Abernethy; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Memorial service will be held on April 19, 2003 at 1 p.m. at St. John’s Anglican Church in Sardis with Father Fred Tassinari officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice Society, or Heart and Stroke Fund would be appreciated.
