Elizabeth “Alice” Peters passed away on April 16,2005 at Chilliwack General Hospital at age 72 years. She was born in Harrison Mills on January 31, 1933.
Alice is survived Tony Louis, her sisters and brother, Jean, Joan, Shirley and Philip; children Walter, Marion, Debbie, Richard, Violet, Connie and Cassandra; 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, mother; husbands, Lyle and Roland; her sons Gerald and Roland.
Evening prayers will be held on April 22, 2005 at the Skowkale Community Hall 7686 Chilliwack River Rd. beginning at 7 :00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on April 23, 2005 at 10:00 am from St. Mary’s Church, 8909 Mary Street, Chilliwack, BC, Rev. Gary Gordon celebrant. Interment will take place at Peters Cemetery, Hope BC.
If family and friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
