In Loving Memory
August 1921 – July 2007
Eileen Kate Provost (nee Banks) passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Wilfred in 1996, parents Queenie Banks, Bill Banks and brother Ben. Eileen is survived by Jim (Wendy) and Sandi Sutherland, by four grandchildren, Arthur, Kathryn, Blake, Devin (Jennifer) and two great grandchildren Timothy and Zackery and numerous nephews and nieces. Eileen is also survived by her brother Bill Banks (Flo). Eileen was a long time standing member and past Matron of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter No. 34 North Star of Calgary. We would like to give special thanks to the paramedics who transported our mother with care, and the caring staff and doctors of unit #54 of the Peter Lougheed Hospital.
A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to donors charity of choice.
