Dymitr Sielawko passed away at his home in Chilliwack on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002, at the age of 87 years. He was born May 25, 1915 in Poland.
Dymitr is survived by his wife Vera; his daughter Vicki Schefer; his son Tony Schefer; and one granddaughter Toni Lynn.
Dymitr retired from his career with Alcan in 1981. He and Vera moved to Chilliwack where he enjoyed gardening. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #4 in Chilliwack, and a friend to all.
