With family at her side, Dorothy Folka (nee Wilks), passed away peacefully on June 16, 2004 after a long battle with cancer. She was in her 80th year.
Dorothy will be sadly missed by her loving family; two sons, Bob (Lori) and Randy (Sandy); grandchildren, Giovanni, Jamie, Jenny and David (Colleen) and her niece, Joan Thompson.
She was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1970.
During her life, Dorothy was employed at Sears in Burnaby and Vancouver. She retired in 1989.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
