Delores (Del) Jacknicke passed away peacefully October 1, 2004 in Chilliwack General Hospital at the age of 70 years. Del was born in Edmonton Alta., March 22, 1934.
Del is survived by her husband, Virgil Walter, her sister, Pat (Murray) Moore; brother, Ken (Linda) Jacknicke; half sister Jan (Daryl) Schuster; two grandchildren, Angie and Michael Pylypow, stepmother Patricia Edwards, two nieces, nephews and their children.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Debbie Pylypow (father,Thomas).
Del loved her yard and pets and enjoyed her winter months in California. She enjoyed playing cards , bingo and doing volunteer work. Del looked forward to the warm weather and running the pets on the desert.
There will be a Celebration of Life at her home, Unit 60 Promontory Lake Estates at 1 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are appreciated.
