It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. After seven years of surviving various fights with cancer, David left peacefully on the morning of May 31 at the age of 53.
David will be remembered by his loving wife Theresia, his 3 children Paula (Nathan), Fawn (David), and Royce (Candy), also his pride and joy were his 5 grandchildren Jessica, Jamie, Sebastian, Deanna, William as well as all the people he met during his life time.
The son of William & Hazel Walker was born in Mission, B.C. and grew up with his 6 brothers; Mel, Lew, Orville, Ivan, Clifford, and Darcy, as well as his 6 sisters; Yvonne, Mary, Barb, Betty, Karen, Shirley.
David will be well remembered for his sense of humor, friendliness and easy going personality.
Funeral service “open to friends & family” will be held at 6:00pm, Thursday, June 7 2007 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 6300 Tyson Rd., Sardis, B.C.
