David Regehr
David Regehr 83, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the Menno Home in Abbotsford, BC. David was born June 16, 1933 to David & Anna Regehr in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In December 1944 David moved with his family to Rosedale, BC. David married Patricia Hardy in 1956. David was a logger and worked many years in that field until his retirement. David was predeceased by Patricia and their son Darcy Regehr. David remarried in 1986 to a wonderful lady, Caroline Vanosch. David is survived by his wife Caroline Regehr of 31 years, his sons Wayne (Pat) Regehr, Ken (Barb) Regehr, his daughters Debbie-Lee Regehr & Diane (Darrell) Wickes, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Also extended family, stepsons Bill Hardy, Don (Nadine) Lorenzetto & stepdaughter Francis Gerow, stepsons Ernie (Carmen) Vanosch, Greg (Angie ) Vanosch, stepdaughter Vivian van Osch (Cam). David had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister Agnes Martin, brother Alfred (Lorna) Regehr, nieces and nephews. David loved his family & visiting with them all. David was predeceased by his parents David & Anna Regehr, sisters Joanna, Annie, and Mary and his nephew Gary Schramm. There will be a private family graveside service and burial.
