David Karl Drescher was born January 13, 1966 to Ina Margaret and Karl Heinz Drescher of Chilliwack, B.C.
He passed away December 17, 2005 in Chilliwack, B.C. after being struck by a vehicle. He will be sadly missed by his special love, Tammy and their daughter, Rebecca, of Saskatoon, Sask.; his father, Karl H. Drescher and mother, Ina M. (Chris) Watson of Chilliwack, B.C.; his sisters, Heather (Alan) Whitney of Chilliwack, B.C. and Susan (Jeff) Soul of Mission, B.C. also many cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
He graduated from Chilliwack Senior Secondary School in 1985. His hobbies were upgrading cars and trucks, science, electronics, astronomy and camping. He worked over the years for Dargatz Auto Body, Oakdale Industries as a furniture upholsterer, the food industry and as a cement placer/finisher in Surrey, Abbotsford and Chilliwack, B.C.
A funeral service in his memory will be held by Father Gary Gordon at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 8909 Mary Street, Chilliwack, B.C. on Wednesday, December 28th, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Chilliwack Cemeteries.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army.
