After a brief, but valiantly fought battle with cancer, Cheryl Lynne Otteson went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on Oct. 24, 2004.
"Cookie" was predeceased by her mother Viola Reddicopp (Peters) and her father Phil Reddicopp.
She is survived by the loves of her life, her son Rick Otteson (Debbie) and her daughter Nicole Otteson. Left to rejoice in her memories are her siblings: Evangeline Reddicopp (Trevor), Dallas Reddicopp (Evelyn) and family, Arlene Hemmann (Rick) and family, LaVonne Reddicopp, Darcy Reddicopp (Dori) and family. Cheryl will also be deeply missed by her stepmother Mary Reddicopp, her stepbrothers Ron (Debbie) Bartsch and family, and Glenn Bartsch. As well as being mourned by an extensive extend-ed family, Cheryl will be fondly remembered by her special friends, her church family, and her support network, all who were of such great comfort to her. With a twinkle in her eye, and her mis-chevious smile, Cheryl was an inspiration to all who knew her.
A celebration of Cheryl’s life will be held Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004 at Cheryl’s beloved church, the First Avenue Church of God in Chilliwack.
