Brandon Nicholas Couston (Donovan)

August 29, 2005 - September 28, 2017

Brandon Nicholas Couston passed away unexpectedly and suddenly on September 28, 2017 with his Mom by his side.

Brandon is survived by his mum, Amanda Donovan (Ian Strachan) and dad, Daryl Couston along with his little buddy, brother, Logan; grandparents Blair and Mona Purves, Doug and Eva Couston and Al and Sue Donovan; great-grandmother Sheryl Couston; aunt Rhonda Couston; uncle Brent (Kelly) Purves and cousins Brooke and Kai.

Brandon was predeceased by Uncle Aaron.

Brandon's life was full of friends who were more like family! His crooked little smile along with his giggle would melt the hearts of everyone he met.

He never actually spoke a word but his thoughts were always understood. Although Brandon's body made him appear frail, he was a strong, smart and extremely mischievous little boy.

Brandon despised shoes, loved to cuddle and always had his chewie and something shiny or spinny nearby.

We want to express our deepest thanks to Dr. Quentin Smith for Brandon's life-long care. Dr. Fred Kozak and Nurse Patsy from the ENT clinic at BCCH and finally Dr. Pleydell-Pearce, the staff and EMT's at Chilliwack General Hospital for their tireless efforts to try and bring Brandon back.

A Visitation will be held at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack followed by a Funeral Service at 3:30 pm.

To respect Brandon's love for bare feet, guests are encouraged to wear sandals.

Memorial Donations may be made in Brandon's name to The Vancouver Aquarium.
