Late of Agassiz, BC, passed away in Chilliwack July 27, 2003 at the age of 82 years. He was born Jan. 6, 1921 in Battleford, SK. Bert worked for Canadian Forest Products for over 25 years. He moved to BC from Saskatchewan in 1944 and resided in Agassiz until 1951 before moving to Rosedale. They moved to Fairfield Island in 1982. After Helen died, Bert moved to Agassiz, BC.
A private family tea will be held. Cremation, Valley Crematorium, Chilliwack. Bert is survived by Don (Virginia) Cross, Ronald (Suzan) Cross, Gloria (Barry) Croydon, Raymond (Linda) Cross, Ruth (Ivan) Fedorkew, Judith (Jim) Grigg; brothers: Edgar and Everett; and sisters: Violet and Joyce.
He was predeceased by his wife Helen, June 29, 1999; and son, Harold Cross. Should family and friends so desire, donations in his memory may be made to the BC Children’s Hospital.
