Anita “Mickey” Virginia Erickson, late of Chilliwack, passed away August 7, 2002 at the age of 83 years. She was born December 2, 1918 in Vancouver, BC.
Mickey enjoyed playing bingo and was involved in five pin bowling. She loved to sculpt and paint until osteoarthritis forced her to stop. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 13, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Doug Ireland officiating. Cremation, Valley Crematorium.
She is survived by her son Graham Putnam of White Rock; daughter, Lynda (Howard) Johnston of Princeton; two grandchildren, Brent and Dana; and one great-granddaughter Sylvia. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was predeceased by her first husband Gilbert Putnam and second husband, Ed Erikson.
