Anita Kathleen John passed away suddenly on March 24, 2005 in Hope, B.C. She was born on November 4, 1941 in Katz Reserve (Chawathil).
Anita was predeceased by her parents, Bernadette M. John and Romuald A. John; brother Peter M. John; sisters, Baby Anita and Evangeline John; granddaughter Jordann John; and mother-in-law Eloisa P. Sandoval.
Anita is survived by her daughters, Deanna (Rod), and Viola (Francisco); sons, Romuald (Brenda), Frank (Gwen), and Steve (Theresa); children’s father Manuel Sandoval; 21 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, three sisters, one aunt, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on April 1, 2005 at Sacred Heart Church, Chawathil Reserve.
