Allan passed away in Brandon, Manitoba, November 23, 2005, at the Assiniboine Centre. Beloved husband to Betty for 64 years, father to Richard and Roger, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Air-Force officer and electronics expert, Allan lived an honourable life. A private family remembrance is being planned.
