Born 1915 in Kitchener, Ontario, Agnes passed away peacefully in her 94th year, on January 1, 2010 at the Chilliwack General Hospital with her family by her side.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Ronald Sweet, 1944 and Gordon McEachern, 1988 and her son-in-law Wayne Lock, 2000. Agnes is survived by her daughter, Mary Lock; grandchildren, Jay and Sky Lock all of Chilliwack, BC; her son, Alden (Regina) MacEachern, of Burke’s Falls, ON and Shaun (Lezly) Kutrowski and their daughter Emily, of Agassiz. She is also survived by her brother, Terence (Eileen) Donohue, of Michigan, USA.
The family would like to thank all the very kind nurses at Chilliwack General Hospitals 5th floor sub-acute and Monique in the emergency room for all the love and care they showed to her. She was very happy during her last days here. We would also like to thank the Reverend Charles Lenz for all the help and support he gave. We know she appreciated it as much as we did.
