Agnes Sivak late of Chilliwack, B.C. passed away June 21, 2004 at the age of 97 years. She was born November 1, 1906 in Mikado, Sask.
Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday, June 25, 2004 at 11 a.m. Interment in Chilliwack Cemeteries. Fr. Gino Aloisio Celebrant.
She is survived by her son, Bill (Judy) Sivak of Chilliwack; daughter, Sylvia Braddick of N. Vancouver; grandchildren, Lisa Sivak, Sylvia Jane Richard, Stewart Braddick Jr., Shane Braddick, Shawn Braddick; great-grandchildren, Darwin Franke, Billie Jane Sivak, Cory Braddick, Nicole Braddick, Zack Braddick and Indira Braddick.
Should family and friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to the Vancouver Children’s Hospital.
