Ada Dorothy Cooper passed away in Chilliwack on October 10, 2005 at the age of 94 years. She was born in West Vancouver, B.C. on October 1, 1911.
Ada is survived by her children, Win (Gordon) Firkus and Steve Cooper; stepdaughter, Colleen (Mack) McGregor; and grandchildren Lacey Cooper, Ray (Dinna) Firkus, Leonard (Lena) Firkus of Toronto and Paul (Stephanie) Firkus of Calgary; great-grandchildren Kyle and Kelsey, Jason and Caleb.
She was predeceased by her husband Stephen in 1987 and by her step daughter and son-in-law Betty (Stan) Hiebert.
Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Henderson’s with Rev. Doug Ireland officiating. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
