ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT BYLAW 2024, NO. 5377 (RZ001729)

Locations: 9378 and 9396 McNaught Road

Applicant: Eiger Construction Corporation

Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R1-C (Urban Infill) Zone, to facilitate a future subdivision, as shown on the included map.

ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT BYLAW 2024, NO. 5392 (RZ001735

Location: 45495 Campus Drive

Applicant: Dieppe Developments Ltd.

Purpose: To amend the text of the CD-24 (Comprehensive Development-24) Zone to increase the maximum permitted density, increase the maximum permitted building height and permit storage lockers to be located within individual apartment units, to facilitate a future apartment development, within the subject property, as shown on the included map.
